**Job Description: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction projects.
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
- 12 Years+ in construction management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
