- Manage development of multiple solutions and systems, adhering to Chubb's architectural standards and system development frameworks (agile and waterfall).
- Manage and report on service levels for multiple global, regional, and local systems. Manage related ITIL processes (e.g. incident, problem, change management), Information Security processes (e.g. vulnerability management), and Risk Management processes (e.g. currency).
- As a key member of the APAC Technology Leadership team, lead and motivate diverse, distributed Chubb and partner teams. Own the talent agenda (acquisition, retention) for the Operation and Claims technology function.
APAC Head of Consumer Technology - Singapore - Combined Insurance
Description
The APAC Head of Consumer Technology will work closely with the APAC Head of Consumer Business to define a technology strategy and related execution plans to support multiple cross-geography and cross-business line transformation programs.
They will lead a team of Program Managers and Technology Leads in the APAC Regional Office and the APAC off-shore Development Centers.
The APAC Head of Consumer Technology will also be responsible for the management of all the Information Technology related project and activities (change, run, risk, and budget management) for the Consumer portfolio of programs and systems.
Responsibilities:
Business engagement - Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to build alignment and define technology strategy, technology roadmap, technology solutions, and execution plans.
Program Management
– Manage multiple, concurrent global, regional, local technology programs and projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, meeting business expectations and quality standards. Ensure issues and risks are raised and managed in a timely manner. Ensure Chubb project management standards are observed.
