- Address technical questions from clients on the operation of the ICONICS Suite of software and products
- Document all calls as cases into the company Salesforce CRM System
- Comfortable talking to stakeholders and sellers regarding commercial aspects of cases
- Client support for strategic Customers of the company who use ICONICS products in the area, as designated by management.
- Continuous learning of software products and customer operating environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with Windows platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service-oriented
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, networking, Web Services, IoT Technologies, Cloud applications, and data exchange (Azure, etc.), and Web publishing technology
- Certifications in the latest Microsoft technologies
- Experience with VBA/VB Scripting (or C#, C++)
- Familiarity with using the Salesforce CRM
