    Description

    Job Purpose

    The key role of the Executive, Policy & Performance is to execute the development, implementation, and enforcement of procurement policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices. The candidate is to undertake compliance related checks, reporting on procurement activities and support the department on audit engagements.

    Responsibilities

  • Execution and enforcement of procurement policies across all departments and business units.
  • Ensure processes are in compliance with procurement SOPs and policies.
  • Conduct Level 2 Compliance Program Checks to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Investigate and address any reported or suspected compliance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on procurement activities and compliance metrics for management reporting.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to automate compliance checks.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for employees on procurement policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulations and legal requirements, adapting policies accordingly.
  • Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Degree in business/supply chain/statistics or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills

  • ARIBA/SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage.
  • Extensive data analytics (Excel, PowerBi, Python, tableau or equivalent, preferably with course certification) and strong mathematical abilities is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required.
  • Strong organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the process.
