Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share- Train and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners (from India)
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to improve their skills and productivity Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in managing ecommerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, Shopee etc
- Ability to analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to make datadriven decisions.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques to drive online traffic and conversions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and a seamless user experience on the ecommerce platform.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, communicate ideas effectively, and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Staying updated with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to liaise with foreign companies from India for import of products.
