Executive, Operations
**Department: Motor

A day in the life:

Liaise with partners and clients on policy documentation
Perform policy endorsements/checking and submit for processing
Liaise with Insurer on policy issuance
Photocopying, filing and sorting of insurancerelated documents
Attend to customers' and partners' insurancerelated queries
May be involved in projects to improve the operation process through digitalisation
To assist and provide administrative duties related to general insurance

What you need:

At least 23 years of administrative or related experience is preferred
Insurance, financial advisory background is a plus
Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Responsible and takes ownership
Good analytical, communication and time management skills
A hunger to learn and grow with the firm (there will be exposure to clientfacing tasks)
