Description
About The Role- To oversee and support administrative and coordination work for Counselling Guidance Order (CGO) referrals for all 4 FSCs (Ang Mo Kio FSC, Cheng San FSC, Punggol FSC and Sengkang FSC)
- To key in referrals in SSNET and come out with a tracking system for all referrals and workers to be trained
- To coordinate onboarding and training for CGO workers
- To support admin or logistic matters for Family Violence groupwork
- To work closely with a CGO lead and 4 different centres
- To follow up with other tasks assigned
Technical Competencies:
- At least GCE "A" Level or Polytechnic Diploma
- ITsavvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) Proficient in oral and written communication, especially in English
Core Competencies:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Receptive and adapt to changes well including organisational and work changes
- Take initiative to and appropriately contribute to the department, division and organisation
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
- Experience in administrative and coordination work
- Independent worker
- Able to communicate and coordinate well with 4 different centres
