Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) of Curated Culture
- Support planning and developing social media campaigns
- Craft compelling content for social media
- Posting and updating content across social media accounts
- Engaging with customers/followers on different channels and analyse customers/followers' expectations according to past social media activity
- Running social media advertising campaigns and analysing campaign performance
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
- Cross functional collaborations with different departments to ensure consistency in content and messaging across different channels
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience as a social media manager or similar role is a plus
- Experience in creating social media strategies and content is a plus
- Knowledge of the best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.
- Knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc.), photography is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about creating engaging content, doing photography, and creating graphics to value add to viewers
- Organised and able to multitask
- Selfmotivated, independent, willing to learn and have an experimental mindset
Requirements:
- May be required to work on weekends if we have physical events
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements
- Your portfolio can be your personal instagram accounts, accounts you have managed, or brand/s you have worked for in the past
