Monday - Friday: 7:50 AM - 4:55 PM

Responsibilities:

Production planning and scheduling, materials planning and coordination with internal / external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and sales target achievement.

Manage and resolve abnormalities that may affect customer delivery schedule.
Monitor and control daily operation (incoming, outgoing, packing, documents and delivery).

Communicate and liaise with related person-in-charge with regards to 4M (machinery, materials, manpower, method), customers demand, logistics warehousing & shipment and quality.

Monitor WIPs progress to ensure orders on track and production team adhere to the committed schedule.

Work closely with team members to achieve division's sales, order fulfillment, safety and other KPIs such as turnaround time, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage and carry out regular stock take to ensure stock accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum A Levels, Diploma or above.
Experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics.
Preferably experience with ISO, Environmental Policy, EMS, J-SOX, WEMS, OH&S & SEPG Compliance policies, etc.
Preferably experience with ISO9001, IATF and Risk Assessments.
Possess initiative, sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, active team player, meticulous.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness.
