- Responsible for achieving optimum sales for the store, maximizing sales potential and minimizing the necessary expenses.
- Ensure the store has adhered to the Group's branding standards.
- Responsible in ensuring the required products/inventories are well maintained and managed in the store.
- Responsible in motivating and coaching team members, identifying learning opportunities and concocting team members' development plans.
- Responsible in handling customers' feedback.
- Responsible in compiling the daily and weekly sales reports as and when required.
- Ensure and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- At least 3 years' experience in supervisory role
- Passion in retail industry
- Excellent leadership qualities, good organisational and people management skills, with high level of drive and integrity
- Good written & communication skill
- Positive mindset
