Position: Security Design Executive

Location: Raffles

Salary: Up to $5400

Job Scope:

• Develop and maintain the system's security setup for configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and user access.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and update the system's security measures.
• Act as a central contact for functional security design, ensuring cohesion across all work streams and considering cross-functional impacts.
• Streamline and enhance the system's security design for efficiency.
• Address audit requirements related to the system's security configuration.
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with data management policies.
• Review system roles and access logs for accuracy.
• Stay updated on customer alerts and product releases affecting security.
• Participate in activities related to Release Management.
• Adhere to technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy best practices.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-4 years total HR SaaS implementation/maintenance experience such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors
