Description

**Our client is a MNC company, one of the leading players in the Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coordinate tasks to fulfill customers' orders effectively
Generate sales directives for the company's Production Planning team
Work closely with the company's various departments to ensure ontime delivery
Monitor and address customers' feedback when required
Verify the pricing accuracy to maintain precision
Keep the sales order records/documentation up to date
Maintain and update the company's contact databases
Offer the necessary followup actions to meet customer needs when necessary
Coordinate with the company's various logistics partners to issue permits for deliveries
Collaborate with the company's various departments for invoicing and delivery order processing
Arrange the required delivery schedules efficiently All other adhoc duties as assigned
