    Description

    As a Buyer manager for YAYUAN Fourni Asia, you will be responsible for identifying and procuring fashion brands that align with our company market strategies and customer preferences. You will collaborate with global brands ,suppliers, analyse market trends, and develop strategies to optimise product selection, pricing, and inventory management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Sourcing and Selection:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to source high-quality beauty products.
      Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and quality standards.
      Continuously research and identify new beauty products that align with the company's brand and customer base.
    • Market Analysis and Trend Assessment:Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging beauty product innovations.
      Analyse market data and consumer preferences to make informed decisions about product selection.
    • Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and product demand.
      Implement inventory management strategies to optimise product availability and minimise overstock or stockout.
      Pricing and Profitability:
      Set competitive and profitable pricing strategies for beauty products.
      Work with the pricing team to maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
    • Supplier Relationships:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure product quality and reliability.
      Identify new potential suppliers and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns are executed effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • in business, Marketing, or Jewel ,cloths, and fashion accessories related field.
    • Previous experience as a buyer or self-worker in the fashion or retail industry.
    • Strong knowledge of fashion products, trends, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Able to travel overseas for seeking brand cooperation.
    • Have brand sources as advantage.
