Description

Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing daily operational activities of Warehouse dept (e.g. approving of shift schedule for warehouse or packing plant plan submitted by supervisor).
  • Department cost saving monitoring.
  • Trouble shooting of Warehouse process and initiate and recommend for process improvement activities.
  • Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance department to plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities & major equipment calibration.
  • Reverify plant integrity after maintenance of equipment/s.
  • Manage and liaise with internal and external contractors.
  • Prepare a monthly summary of all activities in the Plant (including inhouse contractor cost).
  • Issue and approve permits to work systems.
  • Perform Plant safety inspection to ensure the safety in all Warehouse operations.
  • Conduct training to operational staff as per department's training program.
  • Ensure department operations comply to NEA, AVA and Safety regulation.
  • Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000 and HACCP Management systems.
  • Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established, implemented, monitored, communicated and documented according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements.
  • Any adhoc tasks and duties assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Process Technology.
  • Programming, computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Preferably >5 years working experience in a
    process manufacturing industry.
