Administrative Officer - Singapore - PAMARINE PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsibilities:
- Process administrative matters like preparing of bank matters such as Trust Receipt Financing, loading and uploading of invoices and payment matters
- Assist in payroll matters
- Preparation of uniform issuance for new hires
- Oversee the monthly outsource service providers such as Fire Safety Manager and other related inspections, cleaning, grass cutting, fumigation, air condition servicing and IT services
- Participate in ISO/ PDPA matters
- Assist in regulatory matters with respective authorities
- Provide administrative support
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Dedicated team player, resourceful and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment Preferably experience with dealing with equipment and machinery parts
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fully vaccinated with Covid19 vaccinations and booster
