Description
Manage immigration cases end-to-end (from initiation to completion) and ensuring complete satisfaction from the client.

  • Handle enquires on processes, new implementations, government requirement related to work pass regulation, borders control
  • Monitor on new government updates that affects any current/existing processes.
  • Ability to think out of the box to provide and present alternative solutions and resolutions to clients.
  • Liaise with Immigration Department of various countries' destinations. (mainly Asia countries)
  • Manage own caseload and assist colleagues where required, including to comply with all associated administrative duties.
  • Research for information regarding immigration matters.
  • Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents, when necessary.
  • Create and update data library, reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain the database with accurate client information and milestones.
  • Other general administrative work i.e. reporting and data management and other adhoc duties assigned.
**Skills

  • Fluent in English in both spoken and written; a second language is a plus.
  • Good aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
