Responsibilities:
- Conduct canvassing call to generate lead.
- Schedule viewing appointments for the marketing staff.
- Ensure all the marketing information (vacancy listings of competitors), cold calls, prospects' details are properly recorded.
- Assist in preparing marketing collateral
- Assist in preparing annual budget and data entry into system
- Conduct marketing and competitor analysis
- Assist in generating and updating regular reports including leasing and budget/forecast and projections, etc.
- Other duties as may be reasonably be required and assigned by the marketing team/reporting officer.
