Learning Objectives:

As a support role, observe and learn the development and running of end-to-end integrated (offline, online, always on digital) marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, x-sell and retention for NTBs/ETBs.

Job Description:

To support OP23's I&I (Investments & Insurance) and Financial Planning tools & Ecosystems campaigns' marketing operations tasks:

• Clearances of compliant campaign comms assets attachments (both with comments and clean versions)
• Checks on "approved" assets with internal stakeholders: OCBC and subsidiaries, and external stakeholders: creative, web, media agencies.
• Budget tracking and end to end administrative payments processing.

Outside of BAU (above):

• Video storyboarding / value proposition ideas for products.
• In-house production of social videos.
• Competitive analysis of the wealth and banca space.
• Briefing to agencies.
• Webinar set up and support.
