**Management Trainee - Accounting and Costing
**The Management Trainee is responsible for learning and developing the skills necessary to become a successful manager within the Accounting and Finance Department. This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with experienced managers to gain a deep understanding of the department's operations, processes, and challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with experienced managers to gain a deep understanding of the Accounting & Costing and Finance Department's operations, processes, and challenges
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other reports
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to learn about the department's strategies, goals, and challenges
  • Shadow managers to gain insight into their roles and responsibilities
  • Complete relevant training and development programs to learn about accounting and finance principles, practices, and regulations
  • Provide support to managers and other team members as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to improve the department's operations and efficiency
**Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • The ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments
  • A professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
