- Assist in the facilities operation, management and maintenance for the group
- Inspect and ensure all services and systems are in compliance with the statutory requirements of the relevant authorities
- Conduct monthly building inspection as scheduled
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works as scheduled
- Attend to all fault or service call requests for AMCV, building, electrical, plumbing & sanitary
- Attend to breakdowns and users' daily feedback and service requests as and when required
- Carry out minor installation, repairs and replacement works whenever needed
- Check and rectify defective equipment and built-in components
- Troubleshoot and repair or recommend corrective actions for all fault call requests
- Perform all preventive maintenance as instructed and scheduled
- Source and recommend contractors/vendors for repair/rectification works
- Manage and supervise vendors and contractors, and ensure they carry out the assigned works according to company's set terms and conditions
- Create ePR for purchases, repair works as instructed
- Assist in procurement and purchasing of services and parts
- Maintain adequate and accurate inventory control for all company's assets, spare parts, equipment, tools and instruments as required
- Provide supervision to the respective centre's handy man as and when the need arise
- Assist Manager with collation of quotations and provide report when necessary
- Monitor and general utilities report e.g. electricity bill, water bills and submit to the respective Centre Managers end of the month
- Maintain and update the regular maintenance report in One Drive – e.g. Lift service report, generator service, etc
- Perform general housekeeping and service activities
- Involve with new facilities upgrading and enhancement works
- Assume any other additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager, Facilities or Head of Department (HOD)
- Prepared to be posted for overseas assignment when the need arises
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels
- Candidate with NITEC Skills Certificates in ACMV or M&E services has an added advantage
- Candidate must at least one year of relevant hands-on experience in troubleshooting ACMV and M & E faults
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system
- Must be computer literate
- Hands-on person
