The Job

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who will work with the business analytics leads to identify and prioritize campaigns that will be scaled across the regions on Citi's data engine.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with country campaign delivery team to finalize delivery milestones and timelines
Leading the daily country calls with stakeholders and drive trigger rollout activities
Actively monitoring campaign performance and actively recommend and facilitate improvements via experimentation, iterations of the app etc. to improve their performance

Skills Required:

Knowledge of campaign management/project management is preferred.
Experience in designing and management of automated campaigns is preferred.
You have experience in project management.
Yu have experience with Basic Programming Skills and Agile.
You have experience with JIRA workflow tool.
Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management/ analytics / project management.
You have strong organizational and people leadership skills.
You are willing to work on a fastpaced global environment.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
