- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and other ad-hoc duties
- Min GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in any field
- Good communication Skills
- Knowledge in medical insurance processing preferred
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin
- Experiences in using Microsoft Office and Healthcare IT system preferred
