Responsibilities:


  • Attend to customer enquiry/ Sales Order / Feedback.
  • Provide excellence customer services.
  • Generate invoices / delivery orders using SAP system.
  • Coordinate and work closely with internal team and logistics for daily operation.
  • Handle general administration duties.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work under stress as fast environment and tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous and ability to prioritize given tasks.
  • Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
5.5 days work week (required to work full day on Saturdays, no need to work on Sunday + 1 off day will be given every 2 weeks)
