Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Singapore, to provide HR advisory, consultation and guidance to our employees and business management team.
You will be involved in reviewing compensation proposals as well as supporting the business in their manpower planning and headcount budgeting process.
You will play an important role in implementing various HR initiatives.
To perform well in this role, you should be someone who has great ability to communicate professionally and effectively to employees of diverse culture, levels and background.
Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with the assigned department in general HR operational matters, such as recommendation on salary revisions, promotions & equity reviews, employee relations matters, etc.
Working with assigned business units on employee progression activities, such as promotion requests, salary reviews, transfers, etc.
Providing HR advisory to management of your assigned business units on general employee relations matters and facilitate problem solving.
Partnering with Talent Management Team to identify and manage talents
Prepare HR documents such as employment offer letters, transfer, termination letters, etc
Keep updated on best HR practices, industry norms and employment regulations; and make recommendations for policy changes where required
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from Human Resource / Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
HRIS experience will be an added advantage
A collaborative and team player attitude
Good sense for numbers and meticulous
