Visits and Events Manager - Singapore - Australian High Commission
Description
The Visits and Events Manager is a crucial role at the High Commission, that works under broad direction to manage all aspects of multiple and sometimes overlapping high-level visit programs.
Working to the Deputy High Commissioner, the occupant of this fast-paced, high-profile position will manage visit programs for the Governor-General, Prime Minister, Portfolio Ministers, non-portfolio Cabinet Ministers, Shadow Ministers, Federal and State Parliamentarians and Senior Government Officials.
The occupant of the position is required to identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholder's needs and expectations to achieve successful visit outcomes.
The occupant of the position has oversight of staff assisting with visit programs and each visit program may involve significant out of hours work, including long hours, late evenings, and early mornings for which compensation is paid.
