Description

• Managing and executing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Foster a positive thinking service culture and provide professional support to the F&B Operations ( operation and kitchen ) for the outlet
• Designing exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
• Management reporting for sales results and productivity, and other reports
• Execute promotions activities in line with F&B Marketing calendar. Attract patrons by developing and implementing marketing, promotions, programs, hence evaluating program results
• Any other duties as assigned by Management
