Facilities Executive - Singapore - ST ANDREW'S MISSION HOSPITAL
Description
Regular walk-around to inspect residences to ensure that facilities are in good order and condition- Comply with building statutory requirement (BCA, NEA, SCDF etc.) on renewal of certificates & licences
- Source & manage vendors for repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance works, including addition & alteration works
- To be the main respondent to any fault report by users and follow up promptly on all reported issue
- To raise PRF for repair, preventive and corrective maintenance works, including addition & alteration works for management approval
- Ensure all payment and invoice are check and timely process before due date
- Ensure all adhoc work and preventive maintenance works carried out expeditiously and on time
- Supervise inhouse staff & outsourced vendors (laundry, security, kitchen, housekeeping etc.)
- Periodically review the quality of the services provided by the outsourced vendors
- Manage facilities of building, M&E equipment, sanitary & plumbing fitting, fixture & furniture etc. within the premises of the Adult Autism Home & Day Activity Centre
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors for any upgrading, maintenance or repair work and follow up
- Provide setup support for events and meetings when required
- Ensure accuracy records of the list of vendors and contacts
- Liaise with the food caterer to ensure timely food supply for residents and periodically review on the quality and quantity of food caterer
- Oversees the management of security access card and records including programming new and removal of access card records whenever staff join or resign from the organisation
- In charge of operational support services including fire & safety, security, vehicle management, meals etc.
- Key role in the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
- Respond to facilities related emergency call after office hours
- Main contact person for MSF/MC/BOV related inspection and meeting or any relevant matters
- Manage the logistics and inventory by doing regular stock take and ensuring inventory accuracy
- To ensure PPE and food inventories quantity for resident/staff are monitored, ordered and distributed on regular basis before running out of stock
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Specifications
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, M&E Services or equivalent and at least 2 years of related work experience
- Service oriented, handson, able to work independently, resourceful, adaptable and possess supervisory skills
- Familiar with MS Office
