is an anonymous digital mental health and wellness platform developed by MOHT. Individuals who use the platform are directed to appropriate channels of mental health support, self-help tools, and self-care exercises based on their profile, needs and preference for help-seeking. The digital first-stop touchpoint consists of a wide array of resources including wellness education, a clinically validated self-assessment for depression and anxiety which triages individuals based on the severity of their mental health needs, a service wayfinding tool that recommends best matched community mental health services based on a help seeker's profile and location, and interactive resources including an AI therapy chatbot. Individuals are also able to chat with counsellors in real time through a text widget.

In addition to the suite of content and self-help tools made available, individuals can join let's talk, our community forum. This moderated safe space allows young people to express their feelings, thoughts and questions without fear of judgement, and receive advice and support from mental health professionals, peer supporters and like-minded youth. In the team, we are continuously exploring, improving and expanding our suite of tech solutions to better meet the needs of the population. Our goal with is to build a world-class digital mental health ecosystem that destigmatizes, promotes help-seeking, and supports clinicians and professionals in the delivery of efficient and timely care.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager – AI & Digital Mental Health to revolutionise mental health care by ensuring lifelong access to support for everyone. You will drive transformative innovations that empower individuals and improve lives at the national level. You are comfortable working in a cross-functional team and will collaborate with the project lead and stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy. You enjoy creating delightful user experiences for mindline's suite of products. You are naturally curious and will gather insights to deeply understand user behaviours, preferences, and pain points. This role requires strong competencies and experience in digital product strategy, UI/UX, application of AI in mental health, developing experiments or AB-tests, and analysing data to guide decision making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the product vision and strategy by conducting market research, analysing user behaviours, and identifying opportunities to create features and solutions that address specific problems or fulfill unmet needs.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap that leverages evidence-based tools, digital therapeutic programmes, and artificial intelligence to enhance care delivery, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Communicate design thinking insights, research findings, and prioritisation analyses to stakeholders, including management, other team members, and collaboration partners. You will champion the product vision, and drive alignment and integration of goals.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team of designers, business analysts, engineers, data scientists, and care professionals. Your leadership will be pivotal in defining, designing, and launching high standards of quality and reliability.
• Employ metrics and analytics tools to measure and track the product's performance. You will analyse data on user engagement, conversion rates, and user feedback to assess the product's success and identify areas for improvement. This data-driven approach helps in making informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop capabilities that prioritise user safety, clinical effectiveness, ethical integrity, and inclusivity while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and foster trust through transparency and careful alignment with care team leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strategic Leadership: Bring at least 5-7 years of product management experience, including 1+ years of successfully integrating AI into products in a regulated space. Demonstrated ability to identify and act on AI-driven opportunities to create innovative, user-centric solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the mental health sector, digital therapeutics or digital health tech will be advantageous.
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record in leading human-centred design and behavioural product management. Demonstrated experience in integrating AI technologies into products, including understanding machine learning models, natural language processing, and ethical AI principles.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate outstanding written and spoken communication skills, essential for articulating vision, plans, and priorities effectively.
• Stakeholder Management Excellence: Demonstrate strong capabilities in empathetic listening, making strategic trade-offs, roadmap definition, and rallying stakeholders behind your plans, achieving business goals with limited resources.
• A degree / postgraduate qualification, preferably in clinical psychology, medicine, public health, science, business or equivalent field
• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience, some of which in delivering AI-powered solutions
