- Work closely with business stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, analysis and prioritization
- Manage deliverables and handle project management
- Own functional & technical designs, and be involved in the creation & development of documents
- Work together with Managed Operations team to solve issues
- Manage team of functional analysts, developers and vendor
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 10 years of experience in application development and 5 years in managing a team
- Strong ability to lead and mentor an application team comprises of functional analysts and developers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conceptualize business requirements and to translate into functional & technical specifications
- Proficient in public-facing system design, development, implementation, integration and user support
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in the following technical areas:
- database design & implementation
- micro-services architecture
- Java Spring Framework
- mobile application development is an advantage
