Temp Customer Service + Admin Officer
5 days week, 8.45 – 6

Location:
Sengkang, will move to East Coast Soon

Attire:
comfortable shoes and smart casual attire


Salary:
$2800 - $3K

Duration: 6 months


Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison on handover preparation
• Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, certify unit readiness for handover
• Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline
• Assist in the resolution of owners' complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners' complaints resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

• Minimum 'A' Level/Diploma
