    Roles & Responsibilities

    Contract Sterilization Services Pte Ltd ("Contract Sterilization Services"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, Serial System Ltd, assembles and distributes medical devices. It offers a full range of standard and customised perfusion tubing packs. These products are marketed all over the Asia Pacific region and are the preferred choices of many leading hospitals.

    Contract Sterilization Services utilises the best components from the United States and Europe, and customises the majority of its products to suit customers' stringent demands. The company is ISO 13485-certified and its perfusion products bear the coveted CE certification mark.

Its engineers and technicians work closely with customers and clinical consultants to provide the best solutions to complex problems and applications.     Contract Sterilization Services is strategically located near the Medtech . The Medtech Hub is a government initiative that aims to promote Singapore as Asia's medical hub.

    We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the below position:

    Logistics Officer

    Responsibilities:

    · Import & Export processing/documentation

    · Sales & Invoices Documentation

    · Generate All Shipping Documents for L/C Negotiation & CO application

    · Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements

    · Purchasing activities – Generate Purchase Order to Suppliers & Coordinate Delivery arrival

    Requirements:

    · GCE 'O" level or equivalent

    · 1 to 2 years relevant working experience

    · Knowledge of purchasing/sourcing activities is an added advantage

    · Able to work independently and liaise with Suppliers/Shipping/Logistics companies

    · Knowledge of Excel, Word & Power Point

    · UBS System knowledge is an added advantage
