    About the role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter/TA to join our team. You will be responsible for APAC end-to-end recruitment support for all assigned positions in the Business. This includes defining sourcing strategies, executing selection approaches and onboarding new hires. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Global Recruitment Director based in Amsterdam.

  • Strategic sourcing and recruitment Proactively identify and engage with (passive) candidates through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and employee referralsScreen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit with our startup environmentBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsContinuously nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady inflow of qualified candidatesEnd-to-end recruitment and onboardingCompetitor analysis of talents
  • Employer Branding Owner for overall candidate experience, design/ execute strategies to establish a strong employer brandSocial media engagement and reviewsPartnerships with schools and institutions and establish mutually beneficial pipelines
  • Stakeholder Management Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesProvide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the processProvide guidance and expertise on market trends, talent availability and best practices in recruitmentIdentify hiring needs for growth and succession planning (together with HR)
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.Utilize data insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the recruitment process.
  • Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback and other recruitment related documentation
  • Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with combination of inhouse and external recruitment preferred
  • Prior experience recruiting in China and Japan a big plus
  • Proficient in speaking English and Chinese due to our coverage countries and will also be highly advantageous if able to speak Japanese.
  • Track record of delivering impactful regional recruiting projects e.g. interviewer training, reporting dashboards, candidate surveys, process optimization, employer branding and hiring events.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment, interview techniques and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
