- Minimum 7 to 10 years of operational experience from the related industry.

The position as our future Operations Team Lead Panamax, Asia will be located in our office in Singapore.
Take on a crucial role in NORDEN
At NORDEN we are critically dependent on the operations team, the team's internal processes and procedures, and the continuous development aligned with the rest of our business in a fast-moving environment. This role is central in NORDEN's commitment and ambition to evolve and develop our business taking on a critical approach to our operational procedures and striving to become even better.
You will have 4 operators located in Singapore and 1 operator in Shanghai reporting directly to you. Besides this, you will be part of a well-established leadership team reporting to the Head of Dry Operation Asia.
