Description
Senior IT Engineer (Permanent)
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure for Singapore office
- Support Operations teams (Call Center Division) in implementing client requirements/compliance, internal IT end user computing for On Prem infrastructures
- Perform project management in the planning, project scoping, proposal, and perform evaluation of vendor's proposals for project delivery
- Coordinate and expedite support deliverables with vendor, works to resolve operational issues that are relevant to assigned infrastructure subset
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure, with administration knowledge and experience for IT infrastructure (On Prem
- Wintel Server, Cisco networking, Security and End user desktop support)
- Knowledge in AWS Cloud is added advantage
- Build, maintain and manage strong vendor relationships to coordinate the delivery of IT services
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skill
