Our Corporate Trainee program offers a variety of challenging projects.

Taylormade to your talents and ambitions, we offer the program and exceptional training to start building your competencies in our business areas.

We provide you with the opportunity to work in projects and discover the variety of IWC as an employer of choice, including a stay at one of our subsidiaries.

During the 18 months of the Corporate Trainee program you will work in an ambitious and fast paced environment and best prepared to take over challenging tasks right after the end of the program.

In our business areas you will discover the world of luxury, experience our international business, get in touch with the traditions of watchmaking and learn best in class marketing and communication procedures.

As a member of the team, you will work on projects and be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with gifted professionals and gaining first-hand experience of how our business works.

In addition, you will be able to set up your valuable network throughout our company and the Richemont Group.

Regular meetings with our CEO and other members of our senior management team will prive you with continious mentorship as well as addttional insight into our strategic operations.

You will not only get to know our headquarter organization, but also one of our international markets during a three-month stay abroad.

Master graduate, ideally in Economics/Management or Marketing
Prior work experience (e.g. internships)

The program consits of five rotations (each three months long) in our various business areas at our HQ in Schaffhausen.

The last three months are spent abroad in one of our international markets.
