Roles & Responbilities:

• In-charge in the maintenance and application of company licences and certifications.
• Responsible for the implementation and updating of QA documents
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and attends to audits and inspections
• Handle customer and supplier complaintsInvestigate product quality and safety issues
• Provide technical support on the manufacturing process
• Perform project coordination for specific OEM clients
• Supervise and monitor the physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests of the products
• Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel
  • Perform product shelf life study test.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished product quality
• Supervise and monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratories.
• In-charge in arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory used.
• Coordinate with pest control service provider
• Attend to any other food quality and safety matters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Food Science and Technology or relevant field
• Relevant experience in handling FSSC audit, Halal audit, government inspections and customer audits
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in QA
• Strong knowledge in the relevant regulatory standards
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Certified FSSC Lead Auditor
