    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead weekly meetings with AAIC and APRU teams.
  • Act as a leader to drive actions and resolve issues to ensure the projects stay on schedule.
  • Responsible to work with Production and Facility to design the production layouts for manufacturing.
  • Work closely with M&T to ensure all Capex and Opex necessary for the projects are well-budgeted.
  • Responsible of IRF and work closely with TMT and M&T to ensure all benches and test means are available in accordance to schedule.
  • Coordinate with all the functional teams to prepare training package and plans necessary for the projects.
  • Assess and challenge the projects costs and work with Costing Manager to ensure projects costs are well-budgeted for.
  • Develop work packages and identify the work package leaders to help him/her to manage all the activities within the projects.
  • Constantly check the development and milestones of the projects. Identify roadblocks and lead the team to resolve the issues independently.
  • Act as a bridge between upper management and the project team to update the project progress.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor 's degree in Electronics or Engineering related fields.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management related experiences.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft powerpoint.

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
