Responsibilities

Recruitment:


  • Manage onboarding, encompassing document collection, offer letter preparation, attendance setup, onsite orientation, and probation support for new hires. Nonexecutive and Operations.
  • Manage offboarding, including exit interviews, payroll calculations, and property return. Nonexecutive and Operations.
  • Activate RISQ Sterling Background checks and Harrison Assessment behavioural test.
  • Monthly employee movement new joiners and cessations reports.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reconciliation reports, system Access Easy Pay payroll system.
  • Submit and verify statutory reports, include CPF and IRAS include IR21, to ensure seamless compliance with regulation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and Target Timeoff management system.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date HRIS employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrolment, and payroll information.
  • Ensure timely submissions of all government related claim matters (e.g., NS Make up claims, training grants and government paid leave claims

Surveys/Feedback

  • MOM Survey
  • Labour Market, Update the Progressive Wage monthly in the OED portal.
  • Gather employee feedback.

Work Pass Management

  • Process Work passes for foreign employee. Application, renewal, cancellation and liaise with MOM on work pass issues and other gov agencies.
  • Update Foreign employees residential in MOM portal.

Employee Relations/CSR

  • Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
  • Assist and organise company's CSR activities and engagement events as required.

Administration

  • Assist Receptionist when she is on lunch break.
  • Any other adhoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:


  • Professional Diploma in HR/Payroll Administration with 5 years HR working experience.
  • Flexible, resourceful, possess conflict resolution skills and able to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Well versed in processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law.
  • Selforganized, able to multitask and have a keen eye for details.
  • Enjoy being handson and are known to be reliable and responsible.

Salary:
$4, $5,000.00 per month
