about the role:

Oversees and manages order processing, supply and demand prediction, consolidation, and reporting. This entails validating demand signals using data analytics, historical data, statistical models, and insights from Business Development & Marketing. Ensuring streamlined processes for precise forecasting and achieving KPIs is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize finished goods demand and supply
• Lead S&OP procedures
• Develop and sustain efficient supply, distribution, and inventory plans
• Maintain optimal product inventory levels
• Manage product allocation and order fulfillment
• Identify and apply continuous improvement measures
• Align demand and supply via order management
• Coordinate global product launches
• Monitor and analyze supply and demand dynamics
• Optimize channel inventory across product life cycles
• Collaborate with factories for production optimization
• Uphold master data integrity and procedural precision
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
• Strong understanding of demand, supply planning, logistics, and inventory management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain planning in a relevant food manufacturing industry
• Excellent analytical skills and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in process analysis methodologies
