Description

As an Organisation Excellence Manager, you will plan and facilitate strategic and ground-up improvement initiatives to improve care delivery to our elders and drive care transformation through a systematic improvement and innovation approach together with a team.

The team will also be responsible for the development of organisational capabilities to implement Organisational Excellence (OE) projects and will work closely with OE champions to sustain a strong continuous improvement culture.


Responsibilities:


  • Scoping, planning and tracking outcomes of Organisational Excellence projects (deliverables, timelines, resourcing, etc.).
  • Facilitating project teams in using OE tools (e.g., Lean and Kaizen) to achieve project and program objectives, along with presenting findings to Senior Leadership.
  • Developing future work processes, documenting policy and procedure gaps, and implementing plans beneficial to the progress of the company.
  • Organising and leading workshops to develop organisational capabilities to implement OE initiatives.
  • Working closely with OE champions to sustain a strong continuous improvement culture.
  • Analysing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvements.
  • Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvements and innovation.

Job Requirements:


  • University degree with a Technical or Business Specialisation.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and systemsthinking.
  • Passionate about organisational excellence.
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting or extracurricular activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation.
  • Familiarity with the eldercare sector would be an advantage.
  • Team leader with strong communications, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
