Description
Dispatched worker and outsourcing's Contract Administration New & Renewal.- Time off & Overtime Management for Dispatched worker.
- Intern interview arrangement + offering,
- Support on scholarship matters for scholarship agreement / interview arrangement + offering.
- Adminster retention, Attendance Monitoring.
- Travel Coordination & Administration concur system, local hotel coordination and booking.
- Administer Health Screening records and vendor sourcing.
- Group Insurance staff inquiry and claim follow up.
- Administration on Employee Welfare (baby gift + marriage gift + hospitalization).
- Support payment for Scholarship stipend, health screening invoice, air ticket.
- Support on ER event.
- Recognition activity administrative support (MIA/EOY/POY).
- Employee all hands meeting set up.
- Head of department meeting administration.
- HR internal portal communication & update.
- Professionals in Human Resources (PHR), or other HR certifications, are preferred.
- 25 years of HR working experiences.
- Proven experience as HR Administrator or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams.
- Growth mindset with can do attitude.
