  • The IT Digital Specialist will report to the IT Application Manager. They will be responsible for the execution, documentation, and support of IT applications. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in alignment with business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    Execution of IT Application Projects

  • Implement and execute IT application projects according to the established project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.
  • Technical Support

  • Provide technical support for IT applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their needs and concerns.
  • Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough testing of IT applications to identify and address any bugs or issues.
  • Work closely with the team entitled to the quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with the IT Application Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Frequent collaboration with Global IT team
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and updates.
  • Documentation & Training

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT applications, including system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using IT applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executing IT application projects and providing technical support.
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in resolving issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Direct experience with Store Digitalization and modern eCom platforms is a plus.
  • Successful experience in working in Luxury Industry in a retail company is a plus.
