Description

Our client is a major Japanese trading firm. Currently seeking for a Manager to provide support and manage regional rollouts of digital transformation initiatives
【 What you will be doing 】

Manage regional rollouts of digital transformation (hereinafter, "DX") initiatives, ensuring ontarget delivery
Manage the progress of collaboration with HERE Technologies (hereinafter "HERE")
Assist in promoting DX within the region, as well as attending to requests for advice from entities in the region
Create and review various documents in Japanese and English (policies, projects, investments)
Plan and create regional informationsharing platforms in Japanese and English (such as New business plan discussion paper, DX seminar deck, proposal, DX surveys, DX letters, etc.)
Plan and run the annual regional DX conference

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology or Business Studies
Working professional proficiency in English
Able to fully participate in online, in personal interactions and work independently
Crosscultural efficacy to facilitate effective communication with Tokyo HQ and regional offices
Proven work experience in the abovementioned requirements
Proficient in the Japanese Language will be an added advantage
