    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently.

    ● Meticulously manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

    ● Undertake personal assistant duties, such as driving the executive to various appointments and engagements, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

    ● Run errands to fulfil the executive's personal needs and ensure household requirements are met with precision and promptness.

    ● Coordinate with chefs and catering services to plan and host guests at the residence, overseeing menu selection, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    ● Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    ● Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, demonstrating consistently exceptional performance.

    ● Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at efficiently prioritising tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

    ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English, facilitating seamless communication in diverse settings.

    ● Flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and willingness to work additional hours when necessary to meet business needs.

    ● Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

    ● Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a proven ability to navigate efficiently in Singapore.

    ● Proficiency in household management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable service delivery.

    ● Culinary knowledge or experience coordinating with chefs/catering services is considered advantageous and desirable.
