Operations Executive, Ship Spares Logistics - Singapore - GAC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Description
PrincipalResponsibilities:
- To provide prompt and accurate responses to RFQ's and any other general inquiries from GAC's overseas networks and local departments.
- To supervise and ensure proper cargo handling, shipping documentation, expediting, and timely alerts to agents, customers and contractors in Singapore and beyond.
- To prepare, suggest and maintain customer Standard Operation Procedures.
- To create job files and invoicing to clients.
- To ensure timely billings from vendors and verification of supplier invoices and jobs costing.
- To achieve, and improve KPI's set for the department.
- Control airport warehouse cargo receiving and dispatch.
- Inventory check / stock take.
- To comply with HSSE and QMS related issues.
- Assist Airport operations.
- Customer visits when necessary.
- Other function as appointed by superior
