Engineering Assistant - East Coast - confidential

Description

• Support engineers in sample making and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) part fabrication
• Perform tooling buy-offs and manage computerized tooling systems
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for tooling design and issue resolution
• Conduct tooling failure analysis with the engineering and technical teams
• Assist in engineering evaluations and process improvement activities
• Collaborate with production operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Lead Engineer

Requirements

• ITE Certification or equivalent in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or process development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of vision systems is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
