**Roles & Responsibilities- PR to create positive word of mouth, hence lead to bigger revenue
- CRM data management
- Ensure students' feel good factor (PR level)
- Execute student experience 'touch points'
- Create and manage annual students events
- Work with Sales Team to enhance referral results
- Documenting student success stories, compliments, as well as complaints
- Execute students' servicing projects, eg. Birthday Giftings
- Assist Sales Team to make calls (to qualify prospective students)
- Execute adhoc projects delegated by CEO
- Min Diploma in any field
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pleasant disposition
- Good organizational skills
- Good in time management and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Relevant job experience preferred (min. 3 years)
