Description

As the Product Test Engineer, your main responsibilities entail providing support for new product introduction and integration, being involved in test package verification, production release and test productivity activities.

In your new role you will:

Support new product introduction and
integration to final test production such M8 review, PCRB review
Setup and proactively review product control & quality gate (e.g.

Yield, SBA) to
ensure perfect quality firewall to our customers:

Test package verification and production release , work pro-actively on product yield optimization and stability with daily use of analysis methods & tools
-
Support Frontend to Backend process evaluation & assessment **with wafer fabs and assembly, final test organization towards sustainable yield improvement
-
Execute and implement test productivity activities (test time reduction, retest reduction, test insertion removal, higher parallelism)
-
Maverick lots (lots-on-hold) detection / handling, analysis, disposition & improvement against reoccurrence, address issues to Frontend / assembly

Provide customer return verification support including implement containment & preventive actions

Proactive involved in
LRR/Yield improvement plans and
sustainability:
Drive for improvement via
Digitalization mindset

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Microelectronics with
1-3 years of relevant experience in
semiconductor / electronics industry**:
Solid understanding of
ICs, semiconductor manufacturing, statistics and
electrical test:
JMP are highly welcome
Experience in data management, analysis and yield analysis is an advantage
