Description

What the role is

  • Assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the recruitment and leaving service processes.
  • Administers and capture the HR information using the Human Resources System, Workday to ensure an updated HR's data.
  • Maintains high standard of service delivery in handling enquiries from staff and applicants.
  • Provides administrative support and daily operations to the Human Resources (HR) Division.

HR Administration Support**- Maintain staff records & HR databases (e.g. Workday) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Administer and monitor the various online recruitment portals (e.g. schools' recruitment portals) for recruitment purposes.
  • Coordinate the available positions on PA Classified.
  • Assist to compile emplacement, expiry of contract, extension of service and retirement cases.
  • Maintain new appointment, posting and leaving service of PA staff in the Workday system.
  • Monitor & update the daily movement reports such as leaving service/redesignation/transfer/postings and aid in the review of the system access rights.
  • Assist AD (BP) / Head (BP) in compilation of data such as leaving service, vacancy reports, monthly recruitment of temporary employees for reporting and analysis.
  • Assist AD (BP) / Head (BP) in conducting and compiling market surveys and benchmarking exercises results to contribute to recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Maintain the efiling system/records management (eRegistry) to facilitate proper efile records, retrieval, and routing of HR information.
  • Handle HRrelated inquiries from staff and provide necessary support.
General HR Support

  • Collaborate & support team members on PA projects, initiatives, and HR activities.
  • Perform data integrity checks to identify and rectify data inaccuracies and duplications.
  • Assist to coordinate HR/HR Ops meeting & Workplan

Requirements:


  • Preferably some Human Resource administrative experience with good knowledge of computer software such as Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Workday will be an added advantage
