Job Summary
The Teads Legal Commercial Team is seeking a highly motivated in-house commercial lawyer to join us in the role of Legal Counsel, Commercial. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 3 to 5 years' post qualification experience who enjoys being close to the business, solving real commercial problems, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Supporting Teads' Japan and global commercial teams by managing reviewing drafting and negotiating all forms of commercial agreements including but not limited to publisher advertiser agency programmatic agreements DPAs NDAs and any other related agreements work orders or questionnaires;
- Acting as a trusted legal adviser across a variety of legal matters in Japan and globally including but not limited to matters relating to content compliance commercial data privacy sales marketing enablement;
- Supporting the global Legal Corporate team in areas of corporate governance employment intellectual property employee enablement;
- Tracking legal regulatory industry body developments in Japan key jurisdictions within your scope responsibility considering impact on Teads business advising accordingly;
- Supporting establishing global regional policies guidelines order cultivate scalable risk/value-based approach drafting maintaining updating contract templates playbooks other legal documents policies supporting management contract life cycle processes maintenance records systems contributing internal training knowledge sharing.
